How do you capture the fabric of a company? The heart with which it treats its people? The commitments its leaders maintain in the face of many tradeoffs?

More importantly, how do you strike a balance between showcasing the diversity of the individuals and the culture of the whole?

This was the challenge when putting together Keysight’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion 2022 Year in Review. As a retiree, I was especially vested in doing justice to a company I had admired and called home for many years.
