When Agilent Technologies, itself a spin-off of Hewlett-Packard, announced it would separate into two industry-leading public companies, the race to start doing business as a new company was on. I had the privilege to become the new company’s first brand manager, a role I kept and grew over 8 years until I decided to retire.
